"One in a Million" is a song by American hard rock group Guns N' Roses (GN'R). It is the eighth track on the album G N' R Lies and was released in 1988. The lyrics describe GN'R singer Axl Rose's experience of getting hustled in the Greyhound bus station upon first arriving in Los Angeles.
"One in a Million" is a song by American R&B singer Aaliyah from her second studio album, One in a Million (1996). The song was the third main single from One in a Million following "Got to Give It Up", but in North America the song was the second single, because "Got to Give It Up" would not be released until 1998 in the U.S..
"One In A Million" is a song by Pete Rock & CL Smooth, recorded for the soundtrack to the film, Poetic Justice. The song contains a mix of jazzy-horns over a sumptuous baseline, with a chorus sung by CL Smooth, and scratches and cuts by Pete Rock. The song contains a sample from Brother Jack McDuff's "Electric SurfBoard".
"One in a Million" is a song by German artist Sandy Mölling on her 2004 debut album, Unexpected. It was covered by Hannah Montana (Miley Cyrus) for the soundtrack to season two of the television series Hannah Montana, and released on the accompanying soundtrack album Hannah Montana 2: Meet Miley Cyrus (2007).
Mölling's version of the song includes the line "I feel drunk but I am sober. And I'm smiling all over. Every time I see the sparkle in your eyes." For Montana's version, the line was changed to "Can't believe that I'm so lucky. I have never felt so happy. Every time I see the sparkle in your eyes."
In the Hannah Montana episode "You Are So Sue-able to Me", "One in a Million" is featured in the background with Jackson. It was used as the end of the episode "Achy Jakey Heart (Part 1)". In the episode "Song Sung Bad", Lily asks Miley to sing the song for her mom's birthday present because it is her favorite Hannah song. Miley decides to have Lily sing it herself because her mother would appreciate that more.
