Shaffer Chimere Smith (October 18 1979), better known by his stage name Ne-Yo, is an AmericanGrammy Award-winning R&B and pop singer-songwriter, and an occasional rapper. He is of Afro-Asian (African-American and Chinese-American) heritage.
