Marion Cotillard (born September 30, 1975) is an Academy Award winning French actress. During the 2007-2008 awards season she won international acclaim and several awards, including a Los Angeles Film Critics Association Award for Best Actress, Boston Society of Film Critics Award for Best Actress, Golden Globe, Czech Lion, César Award, BAFTA, and ultimately the Academy Award for Best Actress, for her portrayal of chanteuse Édith Piaf in La Vie En Rose.
If she had not been an actress, she would have liked to become a singer.
She's an ecologist.
