"Lip Gloss" is a song by rapper Lil Mama. It was released in 2007 (see 2007 in music) and is the first single from her debut album, VYP: Voice of the Young People .

On the weekend ending June 2, the song debuted on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100 at number ninety-five. The next week it fell out, but because of its release to iTunes, it re-entered at number twelve in the week ending June 16; it has since peaked at number ten. It has also charted on the United World Chart.

There is a dance called "The Lip Gloss" that accompanies the song. A remix of the song features Trina and is on her mixtape Rockstarr Royalty. This song was #56 on Rolling Stone 's list of the 100 Best Songs of 2007.
