Lee Tockar is a Canadian voice actor who works for several studios in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. Lee Tockar is one of Canada's premier voice actors and has starred in over 1500 episodes of animation and over 30 animated movies With a repetoire of literally hundreds of voices, Lee continuously stands out as a giant in the world of animation.
He is also a writer of children's literature, a musician, sculpter, illustrator and collected painter.
Lee was born with Cone Dystrophy and is a member of the Canadian National Institute for the Blind.
