"Phenomenon" is a hit single by LL Cool J from his 1997 Album of the same name. It contains a sample from The Creative Source track "Who Is He?" and scratches are provided by DJ Scratch.

The single reached its highest peak on the UK Singles Chart, where it peaked at #9. It also made an appearance on the Billboard Hot 100, at #55, certainly not his best showing.
