Kathryn Greenwood (born March 21, 1962 in Scarborough, Ontario) is a Canadian actress and comedienne. She appeared on the American version of Whose Line Is It Anyway? numerous times, and played Grace Bailey on the Canadian television drama series Wind at My Back.

Kathryn Greenwood (or "Kathy" as she prefers to be called) graduated from the Agincourt Collegiate Institute, and attended the American Acadamy of Dramatic Arts in Los Angeles, California, where she spent two years studying acting. When she returned to Canada in 1988, the fresh-face actress became a staple in Canadian comedy, performing in several theater productions, landing parts in movies such as _Switching Goals (1999)_, and guest-starring on numerous television series. In 1996, Kathy landed the part of aunt Grace Bailey on the Canadian drama series "Wind at My Back" (1996), which lasted for five successful seasons. This performance garnered Kathy a nomination for a Gemini Award for Best Performance By an Actress in a Continuing Leading Role. In 1999, Greenwood entered the U.S. again to find even more work in show business. It was then she became a part of the regular recurring cast of the American version of "Whose Line Is It Anyway?" (1998); although possibly her biggest break in her career, sadly, due to then-limited improv skills, fans gave her the title of "the weakest link", and was not allowed to participate in many games and skits (mostly when it involves singing). But true to fashion, Greenwood stuck with it and was part of the recurring cast until the show ended production in 2001. In 2000, when Kathy returned to her Canadian roots, she became the first-ever to win the Canadian Comedy Award for Best Female Improviser. Since then, Kathy Greenwood continues to shine in film, television, and theater in both Canada and the U.S.
