Kate Bell is an Australian actress. She played the role of Bec Sanderson in the television series Blue Water High, and it was for this role that she learned to surf. Before playing Bec, She played Susie in Home And Away. She also had a small role in the Power Rangers as well as recently appearing in Episode 1 of Stupid, stupid man on the ABC. She was educated at the Presbyterian Ladies' College, Armidale. One of her favorite hobbies is singing, and she has received vocal training from a very young age.

According to an interview, Kate was a student at the University of Wollongong where she enrolled to complete a Bachelor of Creative Arts, studying Screen Production and Theatre.
