Justin Louis (born February 20 1967) is a Canadian actor.

He was born Luis Ferreira in Terceira, Açores, Portugal. His parents immigrated from Portugal to Canada in his early life and grew up in North York, Ontario. Louis appears in the Canadian television series Durham County. His other appearances include 1-800-Missing, Dawn of the Dead, 24, The Outer Limits, Star Trek: Voyager, The Pretender. He appeared in the film Saw IV as the character Art Blank.

Has starred in 9 different television series to date.

He was born in Terceira, Açores Islands (off the coast of Portugal), but was raised in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

He was considered as Johnny Depp's replacement in "21 Jump Street" (1987) until producers decided he was too young for the part.
